Does Athlyne take a cut of the fees?
No. Parents pay straight into your own UPI account, so the money never passes through Athlyne.
Can I record fees paid in cash?
Yes. Record the payment when it is handed over and the fee is marked paid with a receipt. On Pro Coach and above, Athlyne also shows which coach is holding how much cash.
How much does Athlyne cost?
Paid plans start at ₹1,499 a month. Pro Coach is ₹1,499 a month for up to 75 students and Academy is ₹3,999 a month for up to 250 students. Prices are plus GST, and paying yearly works out cheaper. Academy Plus, for up to 600 students and several sports, is priced for each academy: write to help@athlyne.com. Pro Coach and Academy come with a 14-day free trial with 300 WhatsApp messages. How long does it take to set up?
About two minutes. Sign up and we check every new academy before it goes live, usually within one working day. Once it is approved, add a batch and your students and you're ready. You don't need a card to start.
