Athlyne is an app for running an academy or coaching class: sports, dance, music and more. Your students, batches, timetable, attendance and fees live in one place, and you can do all of it from your phone. It takes the place of the attendance register, the fees notebook and a lot of WhatsApp back and forth.

Anyone who coaches. Solo coaches with a couple of batches, academies with a team of coaches, and academies with several branches. It works for cricket, football, badminton, tennis, swimming, martial arts, chess, skating, fitness, classical dance, music, art and abacus classes, and for life coaches too.

Yes. Athlyne's Free plan costs nothing and covers up to 10 students, with batches, session scheduling and attendance included. When you outgrow it, move to a paid plan.

Paid plans start at ₹999 a month. Pro Coach is ₹999 a month for up to 75 students, Academy is ₹2,499 a month for up to 250 students and Academy Plus is ₹3,999 a month for up to 600 students. Prices are plus GST, and paying yearly works out cheaper. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial with 300 WhatsApp messages. Need more room? Add 50 more students for ₹249 a month, or 500 more WhatsApp messages for ₹199, both plus GST. Top-up messages carry over until you use them, and if WhatsApp runs out, messages go by email instead.

Our launch offer is for the first 100 academies that pay yearly. You get a 2-month free trial, then 50% off the yearly price for as long as you stay with Athlyne, even if you move to another plan. Monthly plans are at the full price. Switch to yearly later and you still get the offer if places are left. Once those places are taken, the offer closes.

Yes. You can see at a glance who has paid this month and who hasn't, and send parents a reminder in one tap. Reminders go by email on every plan, and on WhatsApp on paid plans. No more awkward phone calls about fees.

Yes. Every reminder links to a fee page with your academy's logo, what the family owes and your UPI QR, so the money goes straight to your account. When they have paid, they tap "I've paid", you check your account and confirm it in one tap, and the fee is marked paid. This is on every plan, including Free.

Yes, on the Academy plan and above. You choose how many pause days each fee plan allows in a year, and the shortest pause if you want one. While a student is paused they are off the attendance list and no fees are raised, and any days they had already paid for move to after they come back, so families never pay for time away.

Yes, with Forms, on the Academy plan and above. Start from a template, such as a uniform order, a tournament entry or a photo consent, or write your own questions, then pick the batches and a closing date. Each family gets their own link with a section for each student on it, so every answer lands on the right student. You see who hasn't answered and can remind them, and after the closing date answers are locked. It does the job of a Google Form, without matching names to students by hand.

Open the batch, tap the students who turned up, and you're done. Athlyne keeps each student's attendance history, so it's easy to spot who has been missing classes.

Athlyne Coach for iPhone and Android is coming soon: the same academy, login and data as the web, built for use on the ground. Until it is out, Athlyne works in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Yes. Sell a pack of, say, ten sessions and Athlyne counts down each visit, and shows coaches how many sessions a student has left. A student who misses their own batch can come to another batch or venue that day, and it counts as their attendance.

Add a holiday for the whole academy or just a few batches, and those sessions come off the timetable. You can add the year's festival holidays in one go. Fees stay as they are, or choose a break instead and the fee dates move by the days you are closed.

Yes, on paid plans. Give each person a role, such as coach or front desk, at the venues they work at, and they see only what that role allows. Mark staff attendance, keep a salary history, and see who is holding how much cash. Staff who don't use the app can be added too. From the Academy plan, expenses go through approval.

Yes. Run all your branches, venues and batches from one account, and decide what each coach can see and do.
