Delete your account

1. Write to privacy@athlyne.com from the email address you sign in with.
2. Use the subject Delete my account and tell us which academy you belong to.
3. We reply to confirm it is you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you once it is done.

If you are a student or a parent, you can also ask your academy to remove your details. They can do it straight away from their Athlyne account.

Your sign-in, your profile (name, email, phone number and photo) and your access to every academy you belonged to. If you own an academy, closing it deletes its students, batches, attendance and other records as well; we will check this with you before we do it.

Receipts, payments and tax records an academy must keep by law stay for as long as the law requires, and are then deleted. Our encrypted backups are kept for 90 days, so a copy can stay in them until they expire.

You can ask us to remove a photo, a note or other details without closing your account. Write to the same address and tell us what to remove. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
